Application and Working Principle:

Dynamic differential pressure balancing valve is an automatic constant pressure balancing valve used in constant air conditioning or heating systems to control the pressure difference between control valves, end devices, or water supply in the pipeline network, avoiding dynamic interference from changes in pipeline pressure and achieving dynamic hydraulic balance.

Its working principle is that when the pressure difference of the system pipeline network increases, the dynamic pressure balance valve relies on its own high and low pressure chamber pressure changes to act on both sides of the diaphragm to re balance the force, while driving the valve stem to move and reduce the valve opening, absorbing the increased pressure difference of the resources and ensuring a constant pressure difference on the controlled side.

The combination of dynamic pressure balance valve and static balance valve can solve the hydraulic imbalance of variable flow system. When the pressure or flow changes in the system pipeline network, this configuration can effectively adjust the pressure difference of the inlet and outlet pipelines to be constant.
