Detailed Introduction

Performance and Features: 

◆ nominal diameter: DN15... DN500;

Ideal flow regulation characteristics, with a linear relationship between relative flow and relative opening;

Accurate valve opening indication, able to be precise to 1% of the valve's full opening degree;

◆ Reliable opening locking memory function;

Excellent cut-off function;

EPDM sealing, reliable sealing performance;

The valve body, valve stem, and valve core can be provided with gray iron GJL250, ductile iron GGG450-10, stainless steel or brass materials according to different user requirements;

Threaded and flanged connections, with connection standards compliant with EN10226 and EN1092-1/2;

◆ Compliant with PED and valve special equipment manufacturing license. 

Purpose:

1. Building air conditioning or heating pipeline network

To meet energy-saving requirements, it is necessary to ensure that all main and branch pipes of the air conditioning and heating pipeline system in buildings meet the design flow rate. At this point, balance valves should be installed on the main, main, riser, and branch pipes.

2. Residential heating pipeline network

The heating network in residential areas is often supplied by boiler rooms or thermal stations to several buildings. Due to the different distances between each building and the heat source, if there is no effective equipment to eliminate the residual pressure head near the loop, the flow distribution will not meet the design requirements, resulting in overheating at the near end and undercooling at the far end. Balance valves should be installed on each main and branch pipe to ensure flow balance between each main pipe and each building.

3. Heat exchanger group cargo chiller unit

When heat exchange units or chiller units are installed in parallel, if the flow rate of each unit is not consistent with its rated flow rate, it will prevent the units from operating efficiently. In this case, a balance valve should be installed at each heat exchange unit or chiller unit to ensure that each unit can reach the design flow rate and operate safely and normally.

4. Thermal power station

In a system that supplies hot water or steam to several thermal power stations in a thermal power station or boiler room, a balance valve should be installed on the primary loop side of each thermal power station to ensure that each station receives the required flow rate. To ensure that the flow rate of each secondary loop is the design flow rate, balance valves should also be installed on each secondary loop side of the thermal station.
