Exhaust function:

After the system water enters the atmospheric pressure diaphragm tank, the gas and water are separated. The separated gas is discharged through the exhaust valve, and the discharged water is injected into the system by a water pump, repeating the cycle. This effectively solves the air problem in the piping system.

Automatic drainage function: The water system expands volume due to temperature changes. When the expansion becomes unbearable for the system and tank, the pressure relief valve automatically opens to ensure system safety. When the pressure relief valve malfunctions and the pressure reaches the maximum load capacity of the mechanical valve, the mechanical valve automatically opens. The control unit sends out an alarm signal. When the pressure relief valve repeatedly releases pressure, a pressure relief delay can also be set to increase equipment operational stability.
